ENROLMENT POLICIES

WHITS is flexible when it comes to enrolment as follows:

Admission fees to pick a form is GH₵500

Tuition as new comer is GH₵2500

Uniforms (2 regular, Lacoste and PE kits) – GH₵960

WHITS gives discounts to parents who have more than a child ranging from 10% on tuition and above

We are also flexible in our payments by paying 2/3 of the total then your ward can start school. The remainder of the 1/3 should be paid before mid term. Should there be a reason for not being able to fulfill the demands, please speak to the principal for extra time within your capabilities but ensure to fulfill your promises.

Dress code:

All our uniforms are matched with black shoes and white socks except the PE kits that is worn with any sports shoes or sports sandals. No flip flops or any kind of slippery shoes.

Our Thursday wear which is the Lacoste is worn with either blue or black  jeans.

Health issues:

Parents are encouraged to share their ward’s health status with management so that the school can apply the expected measures. However, if a ward falls ill at home, especially with any contagious diseases, parents are asked to exempt them from coming to school to avoid contamination and spread.

The school has an infirmary where minor cases are handled and treated. However, WHITS has affiliated with a clinic nearby to take over serious cases and parents are informed immediately to avoid any panic situation.

Co and Extracurricular activities:

3. Library, furnished and stocked with up to dates reading and learning books and materials

4. Reading club in session

F&B Department

Feeding (breakfast which is optional, snack and lunch together is 30ghs

Transport

Bussing (rountrip) irrespective of locate is 10ghs

Celebrations:

Birthdays are celebrated by the school for the learners. Twice in a month, a Birthday cake is made to appreciate the celebrants every month.

No birthday cakes and foods are accepted from parents into the school. However, little gifts are accepted for the celebrants to share with their friends.
